All prices our online shop are stated in EUR. The price of each product does not include shipping costs.
Barbarossa reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Please transfer the funds or make a direct deposit to the account details listed below to pay for your order. Do not forget to indicate your order number in the transfer or deposit description/reference.
We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
Your order will not be sent until the corresponding funds are available in our account. The order may be cancelled if the payment is not confirmed 48 hours after purchase.
Portugal - Barbarossa offers free shipping in all orders over € 25,00.
Rest of the World - Deliveries to the Rest of the World have an added cost of € 10,00.
When returning items for refunding or exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason why you are returning the item, your contact details and order number.
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
You can also exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item is in stock. If you want to exchange for a different colour or print, the price of both items must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any the original packaging.
Barbarossa cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
